  • WEEKLY COMMITMENT

    The course is designed to be experienced in 8 weeks. You can certainly review the modules quickly, but you won’t gain the benefits from the learning. Enacting change and creating new habits take time. It is HIGHLY recommended you go through one module each week and do the suggested assignments and homework before moving on to the next module.

COURSE CONTENT

Health Coach Wally Bishop, 12-year Certified Integrative Nutrition and Wellness Coach, has helped hundreds of individuals transform their health over the past decade. While overcoming his own weight and health challenges, Wally developed a passion for nutrition research, science, and education and refined his individualized coaching methods. In this new online course, Wally provides individuals with tools to help them thrive and create transformative health changes in their own health journey.

The program consists of  8 modules.  Each module contains 2-5 lessons ranging from 4 to 19 minutes each.  It is recommended to complete the action steps and assignments each week before moving on to the next module.

Wally Bishop

Health Coach Wally Bishop, 12-year Certified Integrative Nutrition and Wellness Coach, has helped hundreds of individuals transform their health over the past decade. While overcoming his own weight and health challenges, Wally developed a passion for nutrition research and science and started on the path toward a new career in health coaching.
